This Double flange bobbin machine, originally from 1985, has been completely restored to ensure reliability, efficiency and quality at the highest levels. The intervention involved complete disassembly, overhaul and reassembly with latest generation components, including:
- New electrical system with wiring, inverter, encoder, limit switches, PLC and controls on 15’’ touch screen.
- Replacing tangential belt and engine drive belt spindles.
- Installation of new thread feelers, thread guides and porcelains.
- New rocche supports and cast idlers.
- Platform columns and casings completely repainted.
- Complete overhaul of tangential belt reducer, tension pulleys, spindles, tie rods and dock bushings.
